In a previous article titled Seamless Integration with Virtual Reality Through the Sixth Sense, I described about a potential emerging technology that could forever change the way we interact with technology. I thought that the idea is simply brilliant and original, however I came across an article today featuring Skinput, a similar technology developed by Chris Harrison from Carnegie Mellon University.

Watch the video below and do your own comparison against Pranav Mistry’s Sixth Sense. Also, it seems like Microsoft and NEC may also have similar technological developments.
